Paperback, through bookshops

Paperbacks are printed on demand by Ingram in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and partner printers in Europe, so a copy is printed near the reader. Any bookshop can order them through Ingram; online shops list them once each book is out.

Audiobooks

Audiobooks will appear where the platform allows our narration. We will say on each book page which voice reads it.
